SHIPPING POLICY

Ensure you have checked the product description correctly before placing the order.

Standard shipping and handling charges applicable pan India.

For Shipping Please provide your Full name, address 6 digit pin code, email id and correct phone number. Whiteplatestories is not responsible for loss of package in case incorrect details that were provided

​

You can also set up a pickup from our home studio at Santacruz East, Mumbai.

Shipping will be excluded only on pickup.

​

For Mumbai orders, if you picked we fast delivery, it has to be paid by the customer by cash directly and on actuals.

Please WhatsApp us once you place your order with a screenshot as a confirmation. If the products are ready we will ship them within 24 hours. In case of backdrops, allow us 72 hrs. 

 

Please dont select Mumbai wefast if you're based outside Mumbai, your order will not be considered.

Backdrop containers are provided at a bulk shopping or when sent via courier to pan India. Please support us by 

understanding our packaging policies.

​

We also provide reusable cotton bags for stands and backdrop containers which is chargeable at the cost of Rs200.

​

Product once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during transit.

If the product has reached damaged condition, it has to be packed in the same container and a refund will be offered to deduct the shipping charges. Please ensure you take a photo/video when the package arrives.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will refund the amount of the product and not the shipping.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  2. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand and check with our customer team which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.                                                                                                                                   â€‹                                                                                                             

  3. We ship several packages a month and a missing product or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please reach out to the team on email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box.                                                                                                                                 

  4. We use 3rd party courier services and are not liable for delays in shipping. We share an approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible.                                                                                                                                                                                          

  5. Orders cannot be canceled/altered once placed. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if there is nonacceptance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

  6. We aim to process all disputes very quickly.

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to by emailing us at whiteplatestories@gmail.com or DM US ON @FOODPROPSINDIA
In case the payment has already been made, the refund will be processed via Razorpay within 2 working days.
In case of any damaged delivery, at least 3 images of the content(s)/product(s), as well as the outer carton/package, needs to be mailed at whiteplatestories@gmail.com  within 24 hours of delivery. Any request beyond this time will not be accepted.
We do not provide refunds for any case except damaged delivery.
